16ft Cabin boat restoration project

16 foot boat, bought with the best of intentions but don't have the time to properly restore it. The boat is solid, but needs some work to get it ready for the water. The trailer is also solid, with a fibreglass hull. No leaks Needs a bilge pump, and an engine along with general repairs to some of the wood around the cabin and could do with a repaint. I think everything else is there, but steering wheel, and electrics have all been disconnected. sorry no pics cannot do it, my good sea boat best i ve had, been stripped and re fibre-glassed in side, so a really solid boat,new back end made of teak, the boat needs work, but a solid boat to bstart off with, its on a solid tube trailer, with good tyres and new bearings, when parked up, has a 35 hp evenrude elec start, was started last aug, and been in shed, will need a service, but a strong motor, been to eddystone several times on this boat,has a 5 hp seagull as a back uo, teleflex steering, and throttle control old but still work as should, have older sat nav, fish finder, there are several life jackets 3/4 un used, even got all flares,small genny, leisure battery etc,couple of droges, everything there you need but like me its gotten older, needs new glass in cabin, but have the old ones for templates,, all in all the boat has been neglected for the last 3/4 years, as ill health means i cannot put it together again, and it looks rough but its a good boat, good engines, and a good project for someone, i will not sell the engines on their own, its a whole package, am in plympton so if you want a look and make an offer, please feel free, wife wants it gone gone, so if you want a project come and have a look, alun have had several people asking for a price, so have averaged it out as trailer £150, boat£200,engines£300, everything else £200, this comes to £850 ish Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit

The boat is currently in my garage and I need it gone asap. This is an unfinished project that I don't have time to finish. The boat is made of fibreglass and is completely gutted, I have sanded back most of it. This would be a perfect project for somebody who has the time to finish it. I have all the bits that came off it including the canopy which we treated with waterproofing solution last year. There is no engine supplied with the boat. Great fishing boat and the snipe trailer it's sitting on. hull is in good shape it's water tight and very stable. transom is solid just needs antifouling and it's good to go, personally I would give it a lick of paint but not essential. cuddy is big enough to shelter from the odd rain storm as we've had 3 of us in there doing that exact thing when fishing. I would say a maximum of 3 people on board, but would hold more. delivery is possible if you don't have a tow bar but would need to be local due to busy work schedule. trailer tows straight and true and you would hardly know it was there when towing. perfect project boat or to be put straight in the water. Ring Speed Boat 20ft V8 Inboard Project Boat

Ring Speed Boat - Bought as a Ring Extreme 21 but since been told it is a Ring 20. Paid £6k for it as a shell with electric and engine but no finishes, thousands spent on it but due to bereavement has sat since and has deteriorated. Letd get the bad bits out the way - The engine appears seized so either needs complete overhaul or new engine?? The wood around the engine cover has rotted and needs replacing. Some of the paint has cracked altho only noticeable up close. The wood on top of the trailer is ok for now but needs replacing. There is some cracking where the Volvo Penta is sealed onto the boat Good bits Tyres all look ok (one was bad but I have just replaced it in August for a new one) Everything was totally stripped out and replaced. I'm sorry I do not know much about boats - including this one. I have a pile of receipts inc all new eyes, Stainless Vents, Fuel Primer Bulb Pump, Oil filter, Battery cables, Ocean Water bilge pump, fuse box, Battery isolators, Stainless Steel Wheel, Battery Terminals, Fire Resistant Marine Hoses, Horn Switch, Heater Hoses, Bilge Water Alarm, Bucket Seats, Alternator, Boat Fenders, Braided Fuel Hose. New sound system and fully trimmed in white and blue, matching ball things that protect the sides (sorry I have no idea what they are called), It really is a beautiful boat and always gets comments.
