BSA L prefix Light Pattern.'s in good mechanical order, accurate with good power. This has the spur trigger guard with a screw hole into the stock. The screw hole in the stock has been filled but filling is soft and screw does not bite. The stock bolt is a strong and secure fit so issue with trigger guard spur screw is not a shooting problem. The stock has worn varnished finish and replacement stock bolt cover. The metalwork is worn, but the tap has a sound seal and barrel is true. So one for renovation or shim the loose rear sight and use as an everyday shooter for many more years. Would seem a shame to just use for spares. Face to face preferred for testing. Will post at buyers risk via Parcelforce Express 48 Tracked and Signed For (max £25) in either a cardboard box with stock and trigger housing unscrewed with plenty of bubble wrap or stock on, in a foam lined hard case, £25 for hard case. Parts are worth more than asking price, so no offers please.

BSA Cadet.177 in very good condition. The rear trigger guard screw is silver coloured, should be black?. This cocks, loads and locks crisply and firmly, no play, strong spring, seal seems good as looks like it's outing out expected ftlbs. Plus blank cartouche for name.

Admiralty Pattern No. 6 Stopwatch in Hitchin

Circa 's and in full working order. These stopwatches calibrated to 6 secs and yards so that submarines and submarine hunters could measure distance from asdic (sonar) returns to target. This has serial numbers but no military markings or makers name on face, although the clues point this to being a Lemania, due to 'swiss made' on very edge of face at 6 o'clock, hinged rear case cover and the type face and positioning of the numbers. It does have a name and number scratched on the back and intriguingly '21 jung', 'jung' as far as I know is a german word???? Any military history sleuths out there?
