The Boston premium range is mostly bedroom furniture, although some of the pieces would not look out of place elsewhere around the house. They are finished in a rich, dark old colonial style, and come complete with real metal handles as required. This is our large double 2 door and 2 drawer Boston wardrobe. Having the drawers at the bottom is a nice alternative to having a shelf inside at the top, and because there's 2 it's ideal for a couple to share, 1 each of course (in theory!). A quality piece of furniture that no one will know you built yourself once you've finished. The carcass is made from 4 mm framed plywood and the top is similar except it's 25 mm. The back is 3.8 mm plywood. Doors are 22 mm thick. Drawers are solid pine, with 14 mm sides and backs and 20 mm fronts. Bases are once again 3.8 mm plywood. Everything visible is finished in the dark tinted lacquer you see in the photos. Simple metal knobs for the doors and drop pull handles for the drawers are in an antique effect finish. Assembly is best with 2 people, and it should take about an hour and a quarter. You will need a medium sized starhead screwdriver and a hammer. Boston Double Bedstead with Headboard. Premium Dark Wooden

This is the Boston double (4'6" wide) bed. Ready to accept your own choice of mattress, it's got an integrated headboard with a slatted design. There's a bottom gap for the mattress to sit in, and so you can still see the bottom cross rail. The side rails are 110mm x 20mm dark lacquered pine, the mattress slats are 70mm x 18mm amd the legs are 55 mm square pine. There's a centre support leg too, not visible in the images. It should take 2 people about an hour to screw and glue it all together, and a cranked Allen Key is supplied so all you'll need is a medium starhead screwdriver for a few parts.
