Instructions How you use it can be very personal, some people prefer to infuse a blend whilst they sleep by all means this can be used for that ~ please use an electric diffuser overnight and not an oil burner as it will run out of water whilst you sleep. Or you could put direct onto your pillowcase ~ do this at the edge where you do not put your face start with one drop either side and go from there, If you are a pillow turner then do both sides of the pillow.
