Vintage s Bentima Striking Mantle clock, with perivale movement and key.

Here for sale is a restored striking Bentima mantle clock, with a perivale movement. The clock has been cleaned french polished. The movement has been cleaned polished and lubricated with clock oil. The springs have been removed from their barrels cleaned and lubricated with specialist clock oil. The clock strikes the hours on a spiral gong, and one strike at the half past. Approx dimensions 5ins deep, 8.3/8th high. and 9.1/2 long. Buyer can collect. Here for sale is a Bentima striking mantel clock in good condition. Fully working order with original key. Strikes the hours and once at half past. This is an authentic vintage clock dated which comes with its original certificate. Made of gold brass/ metal, quartz mechanism, battery operated. The engraving is stunning and the display is covered with glass. In the back it has a hidden locker. It is pretty heavy, weighting about 3 kg. THERE ARE 3 SCREW ADJUSTABLE FEET FOR LEVELLING THE CLOCK. THERE IS A LOCKING OFF SCREW UNDER THE BASE TO SECURE THE PENDULUM FOR TRANSPORTATION. APPROX 7" TALL X 4 1/2" DIAMETER.
