There are 3 drawers to the top, the right hand pedestal has 3 sThe mall drawers, and the left has 1 small drawer & 1 large drawer with file suspension hangers included. The three units separate for ease of transport and slot back together. The top left drawer has some staining inside from correction fluid which I have not tried to remove but is easily hidden once the drawer is used.
