Beautiful shabby chic French Bergere table and chairs

Stunning French Bergere Painted Extending Dining Table and 6 Chairs. Gorgeous bergere style French painted dining suite. The table has extension piece so that it can be used in two different size options. When fully extended the overall length is just over 190 cm long which will easily seat 6 or even 8 ppl. The chairs have been freshly upholstered in lovely Laura Ashleys fabric.A gorgeous set to seat the whole family and will definately be a focal point in any dining room. The set has been painted with Annie Sloan Chalk Furniture Paint in Old White. The colour compliments almost all colour schemes. The paint has been waxed for protection and durability. The table top has been beautifully sanded back to remove the old dark varnish and coated with several layers of Danish Oil, and is now a lovely desirable golden brown(looks lighter in real life rather than on the picture)The table simply extends by pulling the table apart at both ends and adding the extension piece in the centre. The 6 matching chairs 2 of which are carvers. They are a beautiful shape with nice detail and lovely rattan backs. They are in excellent condition, strong and sturdy. The seat cushions are nice and thick and have been newly upholstered with a beautiful fabric that compliments the colour and style of the set perfectly. The fabric is pvc Laura Ashleys which provide extra protection against stains, spillages and messy eating children. Overall this set has been refurbished to an excellent standard in our workshop. Please remember the table and chairs has had a previous life so will show very minor signs of use through out its life but this just adds to the character and charm of a shabby chic style set. This set along with all our pieces have been hand painted so may show signs of brush marks or the odd drip mark. It is not a factory spray painted finish so if this isn't to your taste then maybe shabby chic isn't for you. Please check through all our photos for detail. A beautiful large, vintage dining table and 6 newly upholstered chairs. They have been hand painted with Annie Sloan chalk paint in a pale cream, then distressed and waxed to a lovely soft shine. The leaf extends the table to over 8ft when needed. The chairs have been newly upholstered in a lovely cream and grey striped fabric. Beautiful solid pine table and 4 chairs when closed it's 120cm diameter when the extention is added to the middle its 120 x 160cm will easily seat 6-8. The extention is not housed in the table but has to be stored separate. The base has been painted in eggshell white. This is not a new table so there are knocks and blemishes on the top but nothing major. The table top is extremely thick and chunky 45cm.
