I'm offering my Bateson Derby for sale: The Derby is a rear unload double horse trailer with 7’ headroom. Its exceptionally low unladen weight makes it suitable for use behind larger saloon cars. The maximum gross weight is kg but this can be reduced as required if used with only one horse. If the total weight of car trailer and load is less than kg it can be used with the new standard car driver’s license. The trailer is fitted with a large front window similar to the Deauville to be able to see the horses during transport and a mirror for hitching up- which makes life SO much easier Standard equipment comprises centre division, full front bar and half rear bars, internal spare wheel, rear door top cover, coupling mirror and hitch lock. Trailer has 4x new tyres and all new brakes, the trailer was fully serviced about 6 months ago at a local garage. Lights are all in working order and tyre pressures are correct. The trailer has a wooden floor with an alloy skin on top. The wooden floor is starting to go a little soft underneath so will need replacing in time.This trailer has been used up until the trailer came in.   Our Ref: M   This trailer is Sold As Seen with No Warranty Given or Implied.
