The site is a wonderfully peaceful family site with river fishing, large playing field and children's playground. We recently had a newly flagged base under the awning. There is no damp in the van! Van itself has toilet and shower over sink(which we don't use due to the extra hot shower block toilets), Truman heating system, hot water, 4 ring burner, grill and separate oven, double diner with back diner converting into a double bed with doors to separate and optional bunk over, and front converts into a large double or can stay as two singles. In addition there is a full awning with groundsheet and padded mats, camping kitchen unit, pans, kettle, toaster, iron, 2xhalogen heaters, fan, electric oven with two rings, a digital aerial, 2 water aquarolls with a new water whale recently purchased, one extra large waste master, ultrabright awning light, gas canister and all cutlery plates etc so all you need is your linen and bedding to move in with it all set up easy for the season. It is situated about 15 minutes from the Town of Oswestry and is nestled in the Welsh hills on the bank of the River Vrnwy. You have an abundance of beautiful places to visit including castles, waterfalls and lakes within a half hour drive. We are selling our lovely ong>baileyong> ong>rangerong> . We have owned this van for over 3 years and have lived every minute of it. Everything works in this van as it should the heating/fridge/oven /hot water. It will even come with a full size awning. We have this on a site in Cornwall and use it most weekends and school holidays and it has been a joy. The front seats makes a huge double bed.the rear has 2 fixed bunks and the separate seating area has a bunk above it. We are only selling as we need a bigger bed for our daughter. The van has a few knock and marks outside,but the interior is in lovely condition. We have one more holiday planned so the van will be available in about 10 days.
