Click here to view this lot A porcelain tea box for tea ceremonies. Made by Kutani (marked: Kutani Sei) which means: made by Kutani.Hand-painted with floral patterns in a cartouche of braided wires. The inside of both the box and the lid is painted with flowers, a scroll and a banner.The tea box is made around , halfway through the Meiji period.
