Art & Lutherie Cedar Dreadnought left handed.

These are made in Canada, using local woods with A & L being part of the group that makes Simon & Patrick, Seagull, and Godin guitars. The same combination of woods are often used for these different product lines. The top is solid Cedar, with Wild Cherry back and sides, and the neck is Silver Leaf Maple. The bridge is rosewood and the compensated saddle is a good quality Tusq-like material, perhaps the genuine article given that it's made in Canada also. Most acoustics use mahogany for necks whereas here it's maple, and it may give some top end to the cedar sound which is mellower than spruce. Whereas spruce tops improve by "opening up" with playing and age, cedar already sounds broken in. There's one clearly visible smallish dent in the top, and a few much smaller ones, hardly visible. Has internal pickup installed so can be plugged to amplifier. it's made by the same company that makes Seagull and Simon &Patrick guitars that never outsourced production to Far East. Good condition. Left Handed Nineboys Dreadnought Acoustic with pickup

This is a beautiful, quality left hand acoustic with built in under saddle piezo pickup. Solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard. Grover tuners with ebonite (black) buttons. Comes complete with a bespoke hard foam case which offers great protection and it also has a compartment to store accessories and music sheets. I have used it in the studio and for teaching, it comes from a smoke free home where it is always kept in the case. Nineboys are not trading now but you can see examples of this guitar being played on youtube.
