Antique washstand dated inside, freshly refurbished in Annie Sloan French Linen with Provence internally for a bright contrasting effect. With a delicate stencil motif of a bird in flight painted on the cupboard door. The washstand has been lightly distressed to give a slight worn aged look. Finished with two coats of clear wax to protect and shine. The base of the cupboard has been lined with heatproof mat & a pretty oilcloth, cut to fit which can be removed if preferred. The washstand has a grey marble worktop which has lovely characteristic marble rings & striking patination. The upstand has been fitted with regency style tiles, with a beautiful original copper towel rail on one side with a gorgeous dull patina. The legs sit on four ceramic castors and the marble top lifts off easily for transportation. I can deliver for fuel cost, if the washstand will not fit in your car. Beautiful piece looks great in a bedroom or hallway. Marble top and beautiful old mirrors. Base measures 33inches and top to top of mirror 31 inches. In good condition for its age.The lower left mirrored door has a crack inside the wood on the inside but this does not affect the door closing or the mirror.
