Much admired Antique French stove requires new home. It is an Ayda by the foundry Faure in Revin. It has sat in my kitchen for 12 years. Never used but judging by the soot that came down when removed for kitchen refit it has been previously. In good condition, may require a little restoration. Antique oven/stove

This is an antique oven/stove. It was in our farmhouse when we bought it and is believed to be either from the 18th or 19th century. It has one missing top panel (see main pic) which means it cannot be used as a stove in its current state but it has been plumbed in at our house and has some residue ash etc still inside, so I don't think it would take much to get it working again (it has at least one attachment for fitting - see pic 3). It is currently sitting in our porch and makes for a striking feature whether it is used for a stove in future or not! It is cast iron and therefore very heavy.
