Never used but judging by the soot that came down when removed for kitchen refit it has been previously. In good condition, may require a little restoration. Beautiful antique Godin stove. Top loading for fuel. Used for years on my boat but now moved to bigger stove. Mica panel in front has been repaired. Attached at rear to the flue, it’s still attached as it’s seized on. It measures approx - Width across the feet 36.5cm Deep 31cm Height 78cm Height with attached flue section 80cm It weight a bit! It is in great condition taking its age into consideration, produced around the 's.They used to use an enamelling process called Majolica enamelling which gives the lovely tones which are synonymous with stoves from this period. The enamel really shows up the highs and lows of the casting and the detail.The enamel has the usual scratches and dings you would expect with something of this age though I have to say this is in exceptionally good condition.
