Antique Perdonium Coal Scuttle

This is an antique (Victorian ?) perdonium in fairly good condition with the original metal inner bucket to hold coal inside it. The metal bucket has been lined with wallpaper at some time, so is clean inside. The front of the perdonium hinges forward to access the coal. The perdonium is probably made of walnut wood. Measurements are, height 24 inches plus a 2 1/2 inch upstand at the back, 16 inches wide & inches deep. This is around 100 years old & has a bit of wear obviously - please see the photos. I think this is dated about so would be Edwardian. The box needs some restoration as  there are no handles and I believe it has, at some time, been re polished. There is no metal liner to the box.
