Very nice original wood grips, nice patina to the guard and pommel. Original scabbard, one tiny dent (see pic) with a nice patina. It is an interesting bayonet from a rare maker: "Eisengiesserei und Schlossfabrik A-G. Velbert". All original and in good working order. I am not a expert in Military, so this one comes from a estate from my partner who died. When i checked it i found out that this must be a Prussian Officer Helmet WW1. I noticed at the emblem that there 2 pieces missing, left and right,the german king Zepter and right side, lower part.Otherwise it looks for me in good condition, the leather lining inside is maybe replaced ??left and right th Krokade is there.So not an expert, but there are some helmets online in a price range up to £800.
