Here we have for sale a early 18th century thirty hour longcase clock made by Thomas beeching of Ashburnham the oak case stands at 84in high. It has a blind fret frieze above the glazed door. The thin wast door has a inlaid star motif. the movement is a excellent example of a birdcage movement of 30h duration and still retains it's rope drive it has a anchor escarpment and a count wheel strike.
