Two/Three seater Drop Arm Sofa (Antique) in Thornton

I have a two/three seater drop-arm sofa which was (expensively) resprung a few years ago. Both arms can be lowered down - so that you can put your feet up either way. This dates from the 20's/30's and could do with some loose covers to brighten it up. The contruction inside is apparently oak with iron mechanisms - so it is VERY HEAVY!!! I paid £80 in auction quite some years ago for this, and a few hundred on re-springing. The right hand arm has recently been a bit loose - i.e. not staying upright - but I'm told that that's going to be a relatively easy job to fix. Reason for offering: I needed a larger sofa, and I'm not going to let this go to the tip! Thus FREE to a good home. Collection from my home in Thornton.
