The gentle and beautiful Wensleydale sheep produces a fleece with a very long staple, and is famous for the softness and the wonderful glossy lustre of its fleece. The photo shows 100g (about 4 oz) of sliver, which, as you can see, fills a large baking bowl. The price is for 100g. You can buy larger amounts if you wish, or just 50g if you don't need so much.
