Alfie is a 14.2hh 17 year old beautiful rescue cob. When I rescued Alfie he came to me in quite a state, with untreated lice and mites, sharp teeth, matted fur and mud fever that had been left for so long he now has lumps and bumby skin up his legs which he is still having cream applied for. He is now back to being a healthy boy who is full of beans! He sadly has arthritis in all four legs, but my vet and trimmer have both passed him for light ridden work. Looking for someone to come up and give him fuss and attention and hack him out lightly either around our farm or down the bridle paths. Alfie, 12hh pony 10 yrs FOR SALE in Chester

Alfie. 12hh, 10 year old Gelding Alfie is a first or second pony for a confident child that wants to have some fun. He absolutely loves having a job to do and would make a great little pony club pony. Unfortunately, my daughter lost interest and we never made it to Pony Club but he has seen all the mounted games equipment and thinks it's marvelous fun. He has always behaved impeccably when ridden at home and at shows and has proven to be sensible and not strong or silly. He has only ever been hacked in company with us as I used to ride and lead from my pony and traffic does not bother him although we have popped him on the lead rein up and down the lane with young children on him. He doesn't much like being on the lead rein once he has a rider mounted so would not sell him as a lead rein pony. I bought him for my then 6-year-old daughter 2 years ago to bring her on but she has completely lost interest now and does not want to ride anymore. He is barefoot, snaffle mouthed and great for farrier. He is happy to live out with shelter although I always stable him in the winter. All tack and rugs are included as we are now sadly leaving the pony world for the foreseeable future.

Foster Carer/ Family for my 2 year old Frenchie - Alfie

Hi I am currently in a period of my life where a lot is changing and living in an apartment where my Frenchie, Alfie is not allowed. Whilst sorting myself out, I am seeking someone who might be able to care for him. He is 2 years old, neutered, and is just the easiest guy in the world. I would need someone who is either at home most of the time or is able to take him to work as he is used to having people around him and after a few hours on his own, he can be a bit destructive! Ideally no other dogs, however once introduced correctly he loves the company of being around them. Cats are unfortunately an issue. He is great with children, just thinks any toys are his so would likely take them but is not aggressive in anyway. I know it is an odd request and understand people might have an issue with this as we all bond and form relationships, but I am not looking to rehome him, just need someone to help out for a few months. Sapphire (Saphie) is a welsh cob section C, 4 year old mare standing at around 13.3hh She has a lovely nature but can be quite bolchy and also has a strong dominant side for her size:) As she’s only just reached 4 years old she’s still has a lot to learn in that department so would only suit a confident and experienced rider. I broke Saphie in December which wasn’t an easy task due to her nature but my hard work payed of and she is turning her head to almost anything! She’s a brave, strong and a very intelligent pony so ideally I need someone who can carry on with the structure that has been set in place with her. She hacks out around the 5 mile radius of track which is on site and also has been a dream on the roads but would need company for that just for now as she’s still young although she doesn’t bat an eyelid. Ideally i’m looking for someone 1-2 days a week. One of those days being a weekend day. You will be in charge of all her day to day chores at the yard plus staying till at least 4.30pm to feed her in.
