Alfie, 12hh pony 10 yrs FOR SALE in Chester

Alfie. 12hh, 10 year old Gelding Alfie is a first or second pony for a confident child that wants to have some fun. He absolutely loves having a job to do and would make a great little pony club pony. Unfortunately, my daughter lost interest and we never made it to Pony Club but he has seen all the mounted games equipment and thinks it's marvelous fun. He has always behaved impeccably when ridden at home and at shows and has proven to be sensible and not strong or silly. He has only ever been hacked in company with us as I used to ride and lead from my pony and traffic does not bother him although we have popped him on the lead rein up and down the lane with young children on him. He doesn't much like being on the lead rein once he has a rider mounted so would not sell him as a lead rein pony. I bought him for my then 6-year-old daughter 2 years ago to bring her on but she has completely lost interest now and does not want to ride anymore. He is barefoot, snaffle mouthed and great for farrier. He is happy to live out with shelter although I always stable him in the winter. All tack and rugs are included as we are now sadly leaving the pony world for the foreseeable future.

Alfie is a 14.2hh 17 year old beautiful rescue cob. When I rescued Alfie he came to me in quite a state, with untreated lice and mites, sharp teeth, matted fur and mud fever that had been left for so long he now has lumps and bumby skin up his legs which he is still having cream applied for. He is now back to being a healthy boy who is full of beans! He sadly has arthritis in all four legs, but my vet and trimmer have both passed him for light ridden work. Looking for someone to come up and give him fuss and attention and hack him out lightly either around our farm or down the bridle paths. Foster Carer/ Family for my 2 year old Frenchie - Alfie

Hi I am currently in a period of my life where a lot is changing and living in an apartment where my Frenchie, Alfie is not allowed. Whilst sorting myself out, I am seeking someone who might be able to care for him. He is 2 years old, neutered, and is just the easiest guy in the world. I would need someone who is either at home most of the time or is able to take him to work as he is used to having people around him and after a few hours on his own, he can be a bit destructive! Ideally no other dogs, however once introduced correctly he loves the company of being around them. Cats are unfortunately an issue. He is great with children, just thinks any toys are his so would likely take them but is not aggressive in anyway. I know it is an odd request and understand people might have an issue with this as we all bond and form relationships, but I am not looking to rehome him, just need someone to help out for a few months. Misty & Alfie

I have two cats I would like to go to a loving home (together if possible) Misty (all white) - Born 27th of August at at pm. She has in her life had two litters of kittens but has now been neutered. The first litter she had two kittens and the second litter she had just Alfie!) She will happily sit on your lap and you can pick her up and put her over your shoulder for strokes but isn't as affectionate as Alfie. Alfie - Born (I'll have to find his exact DOB). I know you shouldn't have favorites but he is the kindest most gentle cat I've ever had. He constantly wants attention and to be stroked but he won't sit on your lap - just next to you. Alfie has also been spayed. I love them but my dad no longer lets them in the house. They have an outside cat house with underfloor heating and double glazed windows!! But they want to be inside being stroked and given attention. They are used to chickens, dogs (we have a dog which they get on with but if my brothers dogs come round they will run away), children, being shut inside or out. - Misty spent the first few years of her life as an indoor cat as she didn't ever want to go outside and she would happily be an indoor cat again! Misty & Alfie

I have two cats I would like to go to a loving home (together if possible) Alfie - Born (I'll have to find his exact DOB). He is genuinely the kindest most gentle cat I've ever owned. He constantly wants attention and has the cutest little meow. If you say hello to him he will meow back. He loves to be stroked but he won't sit on your lap or doesn't really like being picked up, he will just roll around next to you pawing you for attention. He loves to wind Misty up and they often play fight together. I think Misty would rather he left her alone though! haha. (he has been spayed) Misty (all white) - Born 27th of August at at pm.
