He studied at the Art Academy in Krakow. During WWII, he was sent to a concentration camp in Russia. After his release he worked as a painter for the Russian Theatre. In , he was admitted to the Association of Painters of Kiev. He immigrated to Israel in and began to publish his illustrations in the newspaper Davar. He was one of the founders of the 'Bat Yam Institute of Plastic Arts’.Fenichel worked with pencil, watercolour, pastel, oil, and pen and ink. Read More
