A near complete run of This England from in
Each year 'This England' published 4 quarterly journals (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter) all about 'our green and pleasant land'. We are missing Autumn however the majority of the other magazines are all present and in fine condition. The spines are intact and tightly bound; the front covers' are un-faded, retaining bright vibrant colouring. The internal pages are bright, white and square with no marks or damage. Two of the magazines have creases to the top right corner of the front cover (very noticeable on Winter , almost imperceptible on Spring ) The only blemish on the remaining magazines is the regrettable practise of news agents to wright the surname of the subscriber on the front or rear covers! (Not apparent on all copies). All in all, quite lovely copies showing amazing illustrations from cover to cover.
