This is a great family tent with 3 separate bedrooms easily sleeping 6 and a huge living space. We found that 2 of the bedrooms were easily big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids and the 3rd bedroom could then be used as a changing room/storage. We've used it on 5 family camping trips and it has stood up to the great British weather, no problem! We're including the footprint (great for protecting the groundsheet and keeping it clean) and the carpet. The tent is good condition but does have a small tear in the mesh door which can be easily sewn up and doesn't effect the integrity of the tent. Also one of the pole's internal wire has become detached. This doesn't cause a problem when putting up or taking down the tent as I've clearly marked the matching ends. Take a look at the Go Outdoors website or the youtube video to get the full details for this tent. This tent bundle retails for £625 at Go Outdoors at the moment (or £525 for the tent only). This has been an excellent family tent which has been used 7 times. We are selling as we are downsizing. The tent is in very good condition, no holes or tears and all the poles are in working order. The tent is single skin with a sewn in groundsheet, except for the front porch which has its own separate groundsheet. We are including a footprint which helps to protect the groundsheet from holes and tears and helps to keep it clean, especially in wet conditions. This is classed as an 8 berth tent so there has been plenty of room to sleep the 5 of us. There are 3 sleeping pods and one central area high enough to stand up in, even if you are over 6 feet. The sleeping pods are their own contained unit which are attached to the main tent. Each can be removed to create extra space depending on the number of people using the tent. Two of the pods are larger than the other one. The larger pods take a double airbed quite easily. If you want to use the back door as an entrance/exit then the smaller pod has to be removed.
