Fantastic family tent - have only used about 8 times and only selling it because its too big for us now. It's immaculate. I will include the footprint and the carpet- the carpet is immaculate- I never allow any shoes on in the tent! The only reason I'm selling it at such a good price is because the bag that holds the poles is ripped and doesn't zip up. The actual tent bag is fine.
