I called David in South Africa and he said - "you were surfing it right... it means you were pushing it!" - HA!Anyway, I got the board professionally repaired in Newhaven, Sussex by Supernova Surfboards. Craig at Supernova informs me that its even stronger than it was now as he has given it an extra coat of glass and placed rods inside to reinforce.He re-sprayed it to... The spray job is ok but as its on the exterior you just have to take extra care as with any board by not scratching it! In fact you would never know it snapped now. If anything the board is a tiny bit heavier which actually is not a bad thing as it was super lightweight to begin with.I paid £ for this in South Africa. Regardless that it has been snapped It has been professionally repaired and is even stronger than before, especially as its made from epoxy.Its a great board for pushing the limits of longboarding but also catches the ankle snappers on all to familiar days on the south coast. Fun shape surfboard. Dimensions 6'11'' long, '' wide, 2' 5/8'' thick This is not a new board, there are scratches and some small dings, all of which have been repaired and the board is water tight and ready to go surfing. I have tried to photograph all of the dings so please have a look at the photos. Ideal board from the transition down from a minimal. Has the width for stability and the manouverability of a smaller board. Very good fun. Would also be a good first board for a smaller person or child. Catches waves easily due to length and good thickness, stable for the pop up due to good width. Easy to turn with 3 fin thruster set up. Used to have a stamp pad, but no longer. There is a mark where it was. Comes with leash and board bag. One of the zips on the board bag is broken but the other works fine.
