I called David in South Africa and he said - "you were surfing it right... it means you were pushing it!" - HA!Anyway, I got the board professionally repaired in Newhaven, Sussex by Supernova Surfboards. Craig at Supernova informs me that its even stronger than it was now as he has given it an extra coat of glass and placed rods inside to reinforce.He re-sprayed it to... The spray job is ok but as its on the exterior you just have to take extra care as with any board by not scratching it! In fact you would never know it snapped now. If anything the board is a tiny bit heavier which actually is not a bad thing as it was super lightweight to begin with.I paid £ for this in South Africa. Regardless that it has been snapped It has been professionally repaired and is even stronger than before, especially as its made from epoxy.Its a great board for pushing the limits of longboarding but also catches the ankle snappers on all to familiar days on the south coast. 9'2 Watercooled 'Surflite' Epoxy Longboard

9'2 x 23 x 3 longboard designed by Australian shaper Kym Thompson. Very strong/robust construction comes with adjustable main fin and side bites. Excellent condition, no pressure dings just a few very minor superficial scratches. Lots of volume, with slight nose concave and medium rocker allowing board to be ridden in waist high to overhead conditions. Great board, I've just converted to mostly short boarding, so seems a shame not to see it used. Originally bought from Tiki in Braunton, comes with Alder longboard stretch board cover and leash. Measurements are 9'1" x " x 2 7/8" Great condition ultimate noserider great board for all abilities, has plenty of float so ideal to learn on and progression will be a lot quicker as your wave count will go up. It's a single fin with a hand screw bolt to make it easy to move the fin up and down. This is a great board to get into longboarding or as a go to board for all conditions as it will catch anything, I've surfed this board in 1ft mush to overhead beachbreaks and the board has always been on top form. Has a few little dings (worse in the pic) but nothing that will effect the boards performance in any way and all watertight ready to go. Its shaped after a classic Yater spoon (known from the movie Apocalypse now). The board was shaped by an old friend of mine in California Santa Barbara under the label 'reifeBanane'. 9'0 x x 3 tiki junior performer longboard Easy board to paddle with plenty of float, its got a few compressions in the bottom and few small chips here and there, a small chip to the tail and a very shallow 4 inch crack and a small repair by the nose, don't think any have gone through to the foam but all have been covered with ding tape just in case, so its watertight and ready to surf.
