With a heavy heart I have to put this lad up for sale. I have had him for just under a year. He is a little dude. Moves beautifully. He has been lightly backed, just needs bringing on. I have no time or school to work him. I don't want to sell but he is at that age where he needs to doing something whatever that may be. Being a field ornament is just not fair. 13hh 6 year old coloured cob mare

Story behind Lulu is that I bought her for my daughter to ride as I was told she was broken, hacked around a housing estate, tied up outside a shop on a main road when they went in....etc. I looked at her at 3.30 and by 7pm she was in my stable as she was in a filthy stable with a scattering of filthy shavings, 2 big 24 hour nets both empty and a shitty water bucket. I couldn't leave her. Once I got her the girl said she had been ridden bareback, traveller style and she won't stand still for you to get on. I am not one for rodeo trick riding so we have just had her as a pet for 6 months. With my shop, kids and the other ponies I have no time for a project pony. She is so loving and once she trusts that you arn't going to whip or beat her she is so attentive. She comes to call from the far side of the field if she knows you have a treat. Perfect stable manners. Never "in your face" when mucking out round her. Very clean pony, poos on one spot. A complete, straight from the field, start from the beginning project. She will make someone an amazing pony. I can see her potential and it is devastating that I do not have the time she needs to bring her round. Her new home will be chosen very carefully. Heart breaking sale of my much loved pony. Rory is a year old cob. He is good to catch, travels and loads well and is good for the farrier. He is broken and coming on nicely but does still need some more schooling, unfortunately I do not have the confidence or time to bring him on. He would have so much potential in the right hands and he is a quick learner, he just needs someone firm. He does pop a jump and really enjoys this. He's a lovely character and one of the favorites on the yard. Rory is a good doer and currently lives out 24/7. He is unshod, up to date with teeth/vaccinations and obviously passported. 15.2hh 5 year old dressage potential dun gelding

15.2hh dun 5 year old gelding. Lovely moving with good active hind leg. Has competed at two dressage shows and won both classes at both shows. Super dressage prospect and a nice attitude to learn. Also been to various venues for lessons and for school hire. I originally bought him to event, however I have decided he is going to be awesome at dressage and is too green in his jumping right now and I am in too much of a rush to go out and do and couldn't keep two horses for myself. He will pop a fence sweetly but is greener in this area than on the flat. Good as gold in traffic, has seen Lorries tractors bikes etc. Also good in open spaces cantering alongside another. Would probably make fantastic hunter and potentially ideal for ridden and working hunter classes. Wouldn't suit complete novice as a young horse so can test rider occasionally if he is worried. He is not nasty in any way. Good as gold to box, shoe and clip. Never cold backed or sharp to get on even with days off. Suit someone who is keen on dressage (I have thought long and hard about keeping him as he is going to be a star in moving up the dressage levels, and maybe event in time, but I am now wanting older horse to go out and do in eventing). Beautiful Happy Hacker. I'm offering this handsome boy for sale to happy hacking home only. Sadly he is not 100% sound on a circle and despite extensive investigations with a Newmarket Vet practice we have been unable to establish the cause and hence cure. He enjoys hacking and shows no sign of pain in this environment having completed the Burghley long distance ride recently with no ill effects afterwards. He has hunted once with the Easton Harriers and was impeccably behaved despite it being his first time out. He is a lovely hack and my 13 year old daughter hacks him out alone and in company. He is not a ploddy kick a long type he has a nice active walk and is responsive off the aids. He has loads of personality and loves people and life. Good to catch, farrier, clip, loads and travels in lorry or trailer. Safe enough to use as lead rein. We are in a rural area so don't see much traffic, he can be genuinely shy with large lorries and tractors but never difficult at worst will move up on pavement or have a little wobble has never spun, bolted, reared etc but for this reason would not class him as fit for nervous or complete novice.
