Has a huge central area in the middle (great for when it rains!) has 4 bedrooms but on one side the two bedroom inserts are separate so can put in as many as you like - from the pic you can see I only used one and then had a little play area too. The other rooms come as one large insert and then a partition to use to make two rooms or keep it as one big bedroom. Easy to set up and all the poles are colour coded.
