sad sale of my darling cob mare Bess. The only reason that Bess is for sale is that she is not going to come up to size for me to ride. Bess is the sweetest mare. She is currently standing at just over 13 hands with some growing still to do. Bess comes to call, leads out in hand beautifully and has wonderful floaty paces. She also has a fantastic natural jump. She loves people and she is nosey! She loves to know what is going on. Has been brought up on a farm, used to all manner of traffic, farm machinery and animals, nothing fazes her. She is good and quiet on the road, I have never had any problems with her. Bess has worn tack and I have sat on her in the school and done a little bit of walking on her in the school -she was no trouble at all, but I am too big for her and I can't take her further. Sad sale of this beautiful girl as my son had gone off riding an I just can't see her being wasted. Very easy to do loves a fuss. She's hogged an stands for clippers perfectly. Jet is a lovely little Cob mare who is a quick learner. She has given everything a go whilst with us. She will happily work in the school or field and will pop a jump. Hacks out in company and is getting better alone. We have made the decision to sell Jet as we just can't give her the time she deserves as we have other ponies. She is good to clip, load, travel with farrier, dentist and Vet. She had her feet trimmed and teeth done last week and is up to date with worming. I gave her a bath today () for the first time in months and she was a star.... so easy to have around.
