The designer of this boat Lock Crowther of Sydney, Australia, is considered by many to be the world,s leading designer of multihull yachts – he is renowned for the outstanding safety and wind-performance of his designs, of which the International 23 is no exception. In all conditions this yacht will perform outstandingly. Speeds up to knots on a reach are common. She tacks like a dinghy through the wind. On the safety aspect there is almost no heeling with this yacht. I am selling my 24ft bilge keel yacht Jakada. This is an excellent sea boat and fun to sail. Sleeping 5 in 2 cabins.v berth forward.sea toilet to starboard, hanging cupboard opposite. Sink and coolbox.gas cooker was removed after a leak. Cooking is done by a single ring camping stove in a case. The table folds down to a double bed and aft a single berth starboard. The engine is an 8hp electric start yanmar diesel with a stainless steel propeller shaft and 3 blade prop. Roller reef jib and slab reef main sails are used but in fair condition for the age. Anchor and chain. fenders, ropes and other bits and pieces. electronics are a ray marine auto helm, hand held gps navigatior.vhf raido, cd player, cabin lights. Navigation lights, 12v shore power lead and 240v space heater. solar panel.
