Choice of two young bulls born in , both are homebred, black, non-short and have been de-horned. Marshbrook Marmaduke Full pedigree applied for, born July . Duke is halter trained and has been shown. For sale as we have his mother, full sister, numerous half sisters and a retained half brother! There is a good possibility that he carries the red gene as his full sister is red. Although he has a lot of growing to do he has a good topline and framework, and a super temperament. His current TB test runs out 14th July. Can be re-tested in August. Marshbrook Flash, fully registered with the Dexter Cattle Society, black (out of a dun cow), born March , Flash is full brother to Marshbrook Crackerjack who we have retained and shown with success this year and last. Flash has not been halter trained but is quiet and easy going and showing the same length and level topline as his brother. He has been de-horned, but this was done a bit later than usual so he does have some stumpy horn growth. He does not currently have a nose ring but this can be done before he goes if required. All our cattle live out all year round with access to hay through the winter and the first time he came in was about 2 weeks ago when the cows went back out with the stock bull. Hi I'm selling my red highland bull calf, He was born in April . He was bottle fed has we lost his mother. I'm only selling him has he doesn't get on with the rest of our fold. He will only go to a home that has experience with cattle has he is handful. He likes to be stroked but he also likes to use his horns if he got the chance so best to talk to him and give him a good stroke over the fence. Lachlan of Shankend. Lachlan is fully pedigree registered with the Highland Cattle Society, having passed his vet checked and DNA test. He was born on the 13th of June . His sire is Aonghas of Craigowmill, and his dam is Princess Og the 3rd of Croc Mhor. He has been treated for fluke, worms and lice. He knows what a bucket of food is, and will follow a bucket. He is a gentleman and doesn't barge through you to get to the food. He has been on a halter a couple of times in his life but is not halter trained. I am an elite health status fold, so Lachlan is free from IBR, Johnes, Lepto and BVD. My fold of Highlands is Risk level 1 for Johnes. The cattle have all been tested for TB this year and all of them were negative. Due to changes in the regulations I am now except from further TB testing as I am deemed a low risk fold.
