These 2 beautiful solid wood dolls houses were bought by my Mam to do up with my daughters unfortunately she passed away and they were never completely finished, I'm sadly having to sell them as we don't have the room for them, the photos don't do them justice and couldn't get all the furniture in as you are only allowed so many pics, there is enough for the 2 houses to be done out, ranging from the sofas, beds, to the kitchen utensils even an old fashioned sewing basket etc, there is also boxes of light fittings for both houses including the wires to get them working, I have a tub of small paints which were bought to paint the insides which you can also have they might not be to your taste but they will come with, th we will bring someone so much joy and I want them to go to a good home where they will be looked after. Royale coach built dolls pram 's? For restoration

This is a Royale coach built dolls pram probably from the 's. I bought to restore for my granddaughters but their mothers do not want it and so it has been in the garage for five years. The chassis needs a lick of paint and there is a tear at the top right edge of the padded edge at the front, the hood has some exposed edges where the metal frame touches - I was going to cover with small leather patches and the pram cover has a split that could be patched or used as a pattern for a new one. Depending on the finish you want it is either quite quick or a lifetime's work. Prefer collection but probably could courier for £15 in pieces (Uk mainland and not all of Scotland) as it has been stored in pieces.
