Lovely 2 berth cabin cruiser/ Day boat with Motor and Trailer

For Sale is my lovely boat Mayhem. She is 5M 2 berth GRP cabin cruiser Day boat in extremely good condition. She has a 9.9 Hp Yamaha, Electric start outboard and Yamaha 703 Remote with safety switch and isolator. The motor has hardly been used, probably no more than 25 hours running in total and has only been used in fresh water on the broads and previously on the Ooze. Self serviced earlier this year. She is mounted on a Swift, Single Axle, Braked, tilting Trailer in excellent condition with new spare wheel. She is clean and tidy throughout and can sleep two people. the lockable cabin has interior light, cushions, curtains, starage boxes, small folding wall table and porta potty for the ladies. She has a new battery, 10 litre portable fuel tank, electric automatic bilge pump and Navigation lights. All electrics and steering linkage is in full working order. Two auxillary 12v sockets on the steering dash for phone charge or other. She is registered for the broads and has a BSS certificate valid until . Externally she is tidy but does require a rub down and a new antifouling coat. I will include the antifoul paint along with primer and a can of topside paint. I was going to finish her off myself but ill health has prevented this, hence the reason for selling her. All external cleats, hand rails etc are stainless steel. Extras include: Mooring ropes and painter, Bank anchors, Mud anchor, full set of Fenders, 3 Adult 50N buoyancy vests, Two 100N child buoyancy Jackets, life ring, inflatable tender with oars, spare fuel tank and fuel line: Flushing caps for dry running of motor along with the service and maintenance manual. conway cruiser for sale in good condition and ready to use with everything you would need selling only because i have upgraded to a newer one it is not in perfect condition but that's to be expected giving its age but there is still plenty of life in it yet for plenty family holidays it comes fully equipped and everything works as it should with no issues at all good points are:- water tight as far as im aware it hasn't leaked in on us yet, easy to put up, comes with fridge,cooker,running water,lights,leisure battery (condition unknown may need charged). been upgraded to better 240v system with loads of sockets, usb port, and a socket for the awning with an awning light. comes with full awning which is in excellent condition and a groundsheet for the awning(slightly smaller than the awning) loads of cupboard space and a wardrobe all curtains for tent and awning 2 x double beds and a third double bed can be made with the seating cushions will include electric hook up, 10ltr and 5ltr fresh water containers, water pump, waste water container,wheel clamp,gas bottle with gas. all user manuals and keys i am an honest person and will list everything i know whats wrong with this tent so as not to waste your time or mine. not so good points:- few mildew marks on the canvas near the door not very big few other marks around the canvas mainly in the corners which looks like from the cover going on and off, nothing serious looks to have had a repair on one corner been like that since we had it and no problems with it was put down wet once and mattress on one side got wet and caused black mould on the plywood underneath, causes no problem and could possibly be sanded off but has been like that for over a year with no issues,still solid the bed pod has mildew marks on the underside also because of this but cannot be seen when in position, they have of course been washed. the little display unit part has came apart and last owner tried to fix it with silicon, i have made no attempt to repair it myself apart from the above i cannot think of any more issues with the trailer tent apart from general wear and tear maybe on the cushions,wood surfaces,floor etc. overall a very nice bit of kit that will give years of holidays still with no issues any inspection welcome but only if you're seriously thinking of buying as it has to be put up and down Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit
