Hi, I have a bay 8yr old 17hh Irish hunter type gelding for sale. Bought over from Ireland. He does have a few issues but is a genuin chap, lovely Temperament lives in or out needs a confident rider who will ride him on as he has the tendency to bronk, and I don't have the time to ride him on due to stud tendencies, he is a project and needs work but will be a fab horse in the future. I have walked/trotted/cantered and jumped him, he can be a bit sensitive with handling but I just tend to ignore it and carry on with doing whatever it is I'm doing with him, he came over from Ireland by a transporter and as far as I'm aware he was good to travel but I've never travelled him myself. Looking for around £900 but am open to offers thanks

Work commitments mean that he is not getting the attention he deserves - he has only been rode three times in the last 12 months! He is 17 years old, lovely to handle, loves lots of fuss and attention. He has never bitten, kicked, bucked or reared. He will live in or out (we keep him out). He is good to shoe, never tried to clip him. He is a bit of a monkey to box, he will walk on as calm as a cucumber after he has stood still for an hour and worked it out! - He has the Cleveland Bay temperament! He hacks out beautifully in company but not so keen on his own as he has pair bonded with his field mate and doesn't like to leave her. 14.3hh 8yr old Reg pure bred Grey Arab gelding. Very pretty boy from Polish Ekstern line. This horse has very little mileage for age and will need re-schooling through the winter. He was a used as a stallion as a youngster and then was gelded and broken as a 5yr old with Helen Jones "JETS " over a 8 week period. Previous owner then turned him away until I bought him in July as a 8yr old. I have re-started him after 3 yrs of doing nothing and we have got to the point of giving him 6 weeks of slow road work in company. He is still very green in the saddle and needs far more work than I can give him which is the reason for sad sale. Due to him doing so little he is also more like a 3yr old to work with on the ground. I bought him to do Dressage and Showing as he moves very well but now i know him I think he is going to be too busy and will be far more suited to Endurance or even Jumping with the right rider. Due to an old injury (of mine) I have been forced to stop riding suddenly for a while and both my horses have been turned away rugged up. He has been clipped this autumn, seen the farrier and has been wormed and vaccinated for tetanus. He is 100% Not a Novice ride and will need an experienced rider and handler to bring the best out of him. He has bags of potential if you have the time and can put some effort into working with him. Summer Project 16.1hh dark bay TB gelding in Cottingham

Kody is sadly for sale due to rider having lost confidence after having a child. Kody is 8 yrs but is very green and low mileage. I have owned him for 5 yrs and making the decision to find him a new home has been difficult but he is simply wasted in his current home. Kody has trained but never raced. He is very charasmatic and is great with kids. No stable vices and good to show/clip/load and with dentist. Kody has proven to be a quick learner in the school and has become more level and balanced in all 3 paces and proven he can work in a nice outline but needs bringing back into work. Kody seems to enjoy jumping and has shown to have good scope but again he is very green. Previously Kody has would happily go out alone but has only been hacked out in company for the last 3 years and therefore time would need to be spent working on building his confidence on his own again. He is Good in traffic and around heavy farm machinery. He is a TB and very occasionally can be sharp and can put in some bucks (never bucked whilst out but can have a silly spook) never reared or bolted. Kody is sound and has not had any bone or tendon injuries but has had a few general field knocks. He is sold with a full wardrobe. Flicker is sadly for sale as he was bought for my daughter as a next stage pony but the transition has proven too much. Flicker was professionally schooled last year but is still green so would suit a confident rider who can teach him and bring out his full potential. He loves to work. Flicker would be better to live out 24/7 as when left for long periods of time, he tends to box walk.
