He won his dressage class (74%) out of 16 at his first ever show and his first time in an indoor arena. He recently went to Usk Show where he behaved beautifully and took everything in his stride. As well as M&M classes he will plait up nicely for show hunter classes and will make a lovely first ridden pony. He has been ridden by myself and a 12 year old while with me and has always behaved impeccably. He was also ridden by children in his last home. He doesn't buck or rear, kick or bite and is a genuine quiet pony to be around on the ground and under saddle. He has loose schooled over 2ft9 with plenty of scope to go higher. Has just started jumping undersaddle and is showing real potential and willingness. He will be going to more shows, XC schooling and will go hunting if he is still here when the season starts and his price will evidently increase. He is a responsive ride, listens to the leg and vocal aids but is in no way sharp or sensitive. He will be great for pony club and will be a great all rounder. Hacks alone and in company with no problems. Went to the woods recently with his ex racer friend and was fantastic! Up and down steps, opening gates, through water, down steep slopes, the lot! He will make a lovely hunting pony. Good to load, travel, tack up, good with farrier, good to bath ect. His price will increase the more he does. For sale is my beautiful 'Ideal' working hunter / show saddle 17.5" Wide Havana I bought this saddle for my mare as I wanted a show saddle, but there are many reports where horses develop bad backs from lack of flocking- therefore this gave me the 'look' without compromising on comfort for my horse. It truly is in beautiful condition. Was bought from Patrick Wilkinson saddles approximately 6 months ago, but my mare has changed shape quite a bit and no longer fits her - I'm gutted!
