Bobby is an extremely handsome 16HH Irish Draft x 6 year old gelding with plenty of bone. He is liver chestnut with 3 white socks. This is a very honest advert for this special chap as I want to find the perfect home for him to continue his education. Bobby has 3 lovely balanced paces. I have done lots of ground work with him which he has taken in his stride. He has also been loose jumped proving to be bold and brave over fillers. I am in the process of backing him, he is walking and trotting working in a nice outline. I have also done a very small amount of canter work with someone lunging me. I am gutted to have come to the realisation I don’t have the time or help (due to being on a small yard and being on my own majority of the time) to continue his education. She is a stunning schoolmistress who ozzes quality and has excellent confirmation. Schooling is highly advanced she works an excellent outline with beautiful strides, steady and forgiving. Jumping she makes everything she jumps look easy, shes a bold and very brave jumper not phased by fancy fillers or poles and jumps 1 metre 5 tracks with ease. She has great scope and so much potential to affiliate. She has a calm and kind temprement. Revel is a 16hh Irish Sports Horse. He is 6 years old and has proven to be a wise head on young shoulders! He was broken in as a 3 year old, and left to mature before going on to do varied things. He has hunted, been on many fun rides, riding club events, show jumped, and had regular show jumping, dressage and XC lessons. He is used to traffic and good to hack out alone or in company. If in company he is great at being the leader but not so keen on being led, however never does anything silly. I am looking for a new home for my 5 year (6 in Jan) 16hh ISH, dark bay. He is a safe hack which is what I have only used him for, he hacks out both alone and in company, is very good in heavy traffic of all kinds and good in open spaces, he is not sharp and doesn't hot up. Not spooky, may look at something new but a bit of leg and he rides on past. He is good to catch - comes to the gate, groom, tack up and stands at the mounting block, good with farrier and vet, he is good in his stable and happy to live in or out. His previous owner jumped him and he travelled to me in a trailer. He is however strong to lead and frequently tries to bite me - this is why I am looking to sell him as I feel he needs a more confident, experienced person to manage him on the ground as he knows he can get the better of me and I have lost confidence (I have asthma and struggle when trying to control him when being lead).... so find myself riding him less therefore I've made the decision to look for an older horse with a more laid back temperament.
