16hh 5 year old Irish sports horse

Really sad sale of Lulu. I bought her at Christmas as a 'forever horse' only for a change of job to happen in March and I am now living away with work so its not going to make having a horse possible. I bought Lulu to event. She has bred a coloured foal as a 4 year old after she was broken briefly. I bought her round Christmas and since then she has been with a professional rider who has rebroken her and begun to ride her away. She has done mainly hacking just to build up her strength and has seen lots of different vehicles and seems unphased by everything. Lovely manners and a real sweetie. 16hh 6 year old TB Gelding Horse for Sale(ROR Unraced)

Lovely project TB for sale, based in Arley/Cheshire. *Experienced Home wanted* 16hh, 6 years old, Bay, Gelding, registered with Weatherby's as 'McCool Runnings' otherwise known as 'Mac' at home. Sire: Cockney Rebel Dam: Dances with Angels. Fully up to date with Vacs, dentist, physio etc (nothing noted) and passed 2 stage vetting in Feb when I bought him which you are welcome to view. Loads and travels fine (once he finds his feet), and perfect with the farrier, he can be a little sensitive with his ears but not nasty, and I haven't clipped him but he was fully clipped when I bought him so assume no issues. He is fine to bath, goes in the hot wash/solarium and groom etc. Sadly for sale as I do not have enough time to do this boy justice and continue is education, he is not suitable for novices due to his age, breed and background. He trained to race but was too slow so never raced but is registered ROR, I bought Mac in Feb as a project to bring on whilst my other competition horse is out of action, unfortunately due to a change in work commitments I am no longer able to dedicate the time to him and I am struggling during the week. He is a lovely boy, but he needs stimulation and consistent repetitive work and therefore not suitable for just anyone - he can be spooky and can get upset in busy/loud environments but has already come on leaps and bounds with me as an amateur, with consistent works and lots of it he will excel massively. I have taken him to camp/clinics and out training around somerford/kelsall and he has behaved impeccably, drops/ditches/water all fine etc. Was professionally schooled for 7 weeks over summer with Andrew Downes, and works in a lovely soft outline but but is still a baby and it is not perfect but he is ridden in a Nathe rubber snaffle for everything and is not strong in the slightest and therefore requires someone willing to put more work into him - this is reflected in his price and I am of course open to sensible offers and happy to discuss him in full, as I cannot stress enough that I want the best for this boy - therefore home very much more important then price. I have decided to offer my mare for sale. She has been loaned for the last 18 months but the loaner cannot keep her on. I do not have the time for her as I have a poorly horse that currently needs a lot of rehabilitation work. She is an honest mare with a very kind nature. She has previously been used in a riding school but personally I would not class her as a novice ride as she prefers a quiet sensitive rider. She has hacked in the past, but for the last 18 months has just been riding in the sand school. Her schooling is coming along nicely but canter transitions require more work. She will try her heart out for you. Currently barefoot but when I was hacking her she was shod. She does windsuck and this is reflected in the price. We have decided to put our 16hh mare Honey for sale due to her and my daughter not clicking. Honey has a lovely temperament and is easy to do in all ways on the ground, she is handled by a 13 year old who has no problems with her. She can easily jump 90cm at home, and has free lunged up to 1m30cm. My daughter has taken her to some unaffiliated show jumping between 70 and 90cm where she has proven to be bold over bright fillers. She has also done some unaffiliated arena eventing, been taken to cross country and dressage schooled. She is good to hack alone and in company, she is currently being ridden in light work by my teenage daughter and is ridden weekly by a adult rider. She does not get particularly fizzy if she has a few days off. She can be in or out, she has front shoes at the moment. She would be ideal for a experienced older teenager or adult who is looking for a rewarding project.
