This is a very strong hull which is in my mind a great quality fibreglass very much like the superb "Shakespeare" boats from years ago = probably one of the strongest hulls ever to be produced it has at present a hole in the transom where a Volvo Penta 270 "Z drive" was fitted however the previous owner removed it and never got around to replacing it and so it could have another fitted or I have considered reducing the 2 inch thick transom in order to accommodate an outboard As it is now it has had a first class job done of new floor fibreglassed in which also provides a bouyancy area which would be important in case of it overturning also there is a steering wheel and cable which works The overall length from the front to the back of the boat is exactly 16 ft The boat is almost like a " blank canvass" with the steering position on the right hand side, to the left side of this it really invites you to step up onto the front deck which to me would be a great help in use as a rescue boat or similar for any sailing club or similar - the only way to see the potential is to call me for any more information and to view at Wa139pr = Lymm Village, Cheshire, (behind the new Sainsbury store on Rushgreen road) boat 150 the trailer has now been sold and so the boat would need to be collected with your own trailer or I have a friend with a 7-5 ton, hiab wagon who could probably deliver it,so please ask for an estimate Read More

16ft Cabin boat restoration project

16 foot boat, bought with the best of intentions but don't have the time to properly restore it. The boat is solid, but needs some work to get it ready for the water. The trailer is also solid, with a fibreglass hull. No leaks Needs a bilge pump, and an engine along with general repairs to some of the wood around the cabin and could do with a repaint. I think everything else is there, but steering wheel, and electrics have all been disconnected. Boat is parked up in Lanark, Lanarkshire at the moment and available for viewing most evenings, and weekend. Would make a great project for someone willing to put the time in. 16ft Wilson flyer This boat was taken in as a part exchange and I can only tell what I was told about it. It has been sitting for 9 months It was used and running in the spring time. It almost everything it needs and it could be made right in a weekend. It's a cheap project that requires little work. It comes with the trailer 20HP Johnson outboard Teleflex works as it should Throttle controls work too. It does have the windows inside the cabin which will need refitting. The deck will need redoing with paint or carpet as the old one had actually stone chips in it and was leathal. It will also require a new cabin wall and door. Should be open but ply was fitted but de-lamenting Boat dimensions are 16ft x 6ft Deck is 5ft x 5ft6" Combined length with trailer and outboard 20ft x 6ft6" Tyres are good but one requires air. Trailer is solid and bearings seem good. The engine ran the last time it was used and it was run through a clean water tank afterwards. It is watertight. Cash on collection only Sold as is with no warranty given or implied. If your not sure arrange a viewing first. Very stable hulls perfect for fishing. Ring Speed Boat 20ft V8 Inboard Project Boat

Ring Speed Boat - Bought as a Ring Extreme 21 but since been told it is a Ring 20. Paid £6k for it as a shell with electric and engine but no finishes, thousands spent on it but due to bereavement has sat since and has deteriorated. Letd get the bad bits out the way - The engine appears seized so either needs complete overhaul or new engine?? The wood around the engine cover has rotted and needs replacing. Some of the paint has cracked altho only noticeable up close. The wood on top of the trailer is ok for now but needs replacing. There is some cracking where the Volvo Penta is sealed onto the boat Good bits Tyres all look ok (one was bad but I have just replaced it in August for a new one) Everything was totally stripped out and replaced. I'm sorry I do not know much about boats - including this one. I have a pile of receipts inc all new eyes, Stainless Vents, Fuel Primer Bulb Pump, Oil filter, Battery cables, Ocean Water bilge pump, fuse box, Battery isolators, Stainless Steel Wheel, Battery Terminals, Fire Resistant Marine Hoses, Horn Switch, Heater Hoses, Bilge Water Alarm, Bucket Seats, Alternator, Boat Fenders, Braided Fuel Hose. New sound system and fully trimmed in white and blue, matching ball things that protect the sides (sorry I have no idea what they are called), It really is a beautiful boat and always gets comments.
