Broodmare/Project Horse 16hh ISH Bay Mare

Ballygarrett Bonnie Rose aka Double D. 8 years old, bay mare. 16hh but looks much bigger. Currently in work and hacking out. I'm advertising her as a broodmare or project as she is a big strong mare who has a few issues. I bought her 'off the field' and have had no problem reintroducing her back to ridden work after 2 years off. She can be spooky to handle especially with hind feet with a farrier. She is fully shod but you need a patient farrier. She's good to hack and is fantastic in all traffic. She just does not like other horses (that she doesn't know, I've ridden her out lots in company) coming up too close behind her. I rode her on a recent hunt ride and she was perfect until strange horses came up behind her and she shot off away from them. She will jump but there does appear to be some sort of issue as one day she'll jump then other days she takes off at a fence and runs out. She needs time and patience if she were to be fully ridden again. She would be an ideal riding horse / show horse / dressage for someone who is knowledgable - she is fine in a group lesson or indoor/outdoor ménage with other horses going round. 15'2 mare 9yo in Huddersfield

Pandora is up to date with farrier, vaccinations, dentist and worming, passported and microchipped. She is lovely to handle and is quiet to deal with. She will turn out with mares and geldings. You can muck out around her and she stands for her legs washing etc with no problems. She is green and requires someone who knows how to school horses on. I bought her from a local riding school believing that she would be suitable for me, but it turns out that she needs too much work for the experience I have. She has previously hunted and taken part in battle re-enactment before she lived in the riding school. She is not a novice ride, this is not due to nastiness or her doing anything silly, she is just unsure and needs a confident capable rider to bring her on and show her what to do. Beautiful Dapple Grey 12h Mare - companion or project

Storm was saved from Slaughter this year. She is 9 years old. She was completely unhandled in June, but is now halter broken and leading. There is no reason why an experienced home couldn't break her to be ridden in the future. She has had at least 3 foals that we know of, and now needs a new life where she is the focus. She is 100% Not in foal now. She is very gently and thoughtful. She hasn't kicked or bitten us, but will happily defend her food against other field companions. NINNY stunning heavy 14hh piebald cob mare, 9YO

*Relisted due to timewaster* Ninny (though I call her Mary Moo as I was not fond of her real name) is a 14hh stunning piebald mare with long mane and heavy feather, I have owned her for a year and a half she has been mostly used to hack out with and is good on the road (she’s mostly been out in company but is ok alone though a little jumpy at times). She is 9 years old now but still a little green. She has had some basic schooling but would benefit from someone who has more knowledge than me to really bring her on. She has recently started learning to jump and has never refused the small fences. Mary is heavy boned and is good to handle and good with the farrier. She can live out 24/7 or be stabled and is nice in the stable. Mary loves to be groomed and to give horsey kisses to anyone who lets her. There is no tack included as I have been borrowing a saddle and bridle for her. Cob X friesian mare 15.3hh 5 years old *project horse* in

This is bonnie, I bought her a year ago as a wild pony I was told came from the new forest and hadn't been touched. The lady I bought her from had her for a year before I bought her but didn't do much work with her. I spent a lot of time in the summer with her and managed to fight with her to get a head collar and lead rope on (by fight I mean it took 3 men to get it on.) On the lead rope she is fine and after a bit of encouragement she will let you touch her. However, off the lead rope she is pretty much completely wild. You can't get more than 3 feet to her, she hates anyone being in a stable with her. I made quite a bit of progress with her over summer however I really don't have the time for her anymore and she is coming up 5 this year and I don't want time to run out for her simply because I don't have the time. She is the most challenging horse I've ever had and I've been around horses my whole life and worked with very difficult horses before. I'm not going to lie and try and dress it up. She will take a lot of work, but she is a beautiful horse and does have a kind nature. She has never reared or tried to hurt me in anyway before. If you are still interested please give me a phone
