It is with a very heavy heart that l am having to put my mare up for sale. I have owned Charlie for two years, l bought her to fill the shoes of my due to be retired gelding. Unfortunately, because of lack of time she hasn't been ridden for about six months because of this l am selling her from the field. She can be a stroppy mare but she can be a sweetheart just typical mare l'm told. She will stand for hours to be groomed (if she's in the mood) she can be a pain to load (again depending on mood). She is good for the farrier (if she's in the mood). She has great potential if l can find the right person to take her. She has lovely paces so would be good for dressage, she has eventing bloodlines and l think she would make a great eventer. 5 this year absolute beautiful mare. Has been backed last year by myself ridden on roads followed and led. Been out to a few places hired arenas walk trot cantered and popped a jump. Not fased by anything at all.she is nervous and she seems to have been twitched by her ears so can be worried when putting bridle over ears. This does get better the more often it's done. I bought her at Christmas as a 'forever horse' only for a change of job to happen in March and I am now living away with work so its not going to make having a horse possible. I bought Lulu to event. She has bred a coloured foal as a 4 year old after she was broken briefly. I bought her round Christmas and since then she has been with a professional rider who has rebroken her and begun to ride her away. Jessica (Majestic Oak) 7year old 15'1 bay mare she is very talented grade C show jumper with bags of potential. We brought Jess for our son to compete on, he took her with him to his work at a local event yard where both she and he lived in, here she was schooled and worked daily and impressed everyone who saw her. Being a typical teenager our son has since changed jobs and sadly has no time for Jessica, she has been out of work for some time and is now getting bored. Jess needs a confident competent rider and will go far in the right hands.
