I got her about a year ago when I was told she was slightly lame after slipping in the mud in a field. Her owner hadn't got the vet out. We had physioand she came right quickly.. She has come sound and trots sound. She is for sale as a broodmare, companion light hack, possible able to do more in the future. She was competing and jumping to a good level. 16 HH Bay mare. 17 years old school master, good all rounder. Has evented in the past in BE90/BE100 Good with other horses. Poppy is a very laid back nice natured mare, she is good around children. Poppy loves having attention and would excel with an owner that does not want to do too much but would like to ride out once in a while, she is happy to take you over poles and jumps, always ready to please the rider at whatever level. She is happy to hack out alone or in company with the right rider. Described as a dope on a rope and will happily plod if the rider requires or can step up a gear with an experienced rider. Id not ridden since my teens and have enjoyed riding her. My young children hang off her and she’s not bothered by much. She can be occasionally marish as mares are but not nasty. Stunning 16.1hh ISH 10yr old palomino mare.

Lola has been with me now for 5 years but I feel she would prefer a jumping home and deserves a job. Due to work commitments and health reasons I've made the hard decision to sell her. I have competed locally at dressage and she hacks out alone or with others. She was part loaned for over a year and turned her hand to most things last summer proving to be a good all rounder. She took part in show jumping, completed 3 x BE90 double clear and attended an event camp weekend. She was jumping 1m with ease and rarely had a pole down. Lola is good to shoe, clip, travel, have her teeth and jabs done. She is amazing with all traffic including buses and tractors but can be spooky over silly things like plastic bags. She hasn't done much competing this year but is currently hacked out five times a week with the odd schooling session thrown in.
