!!! Chunky All Rounder/Happy hacker 15hh !!!

15hh (approx) 10yr old Bay Blagdon Mare. This lovely big, sweet natured mare has brilliant flashy, floaty paces... Perfect for the show ring. She is currently being ridden out on hacks on our busy roads and is not fazed by anything from road signs to lorries. She has a lovely forward walk and trot but is by no means a strong girl despite her size. She does canter, sometimes needing a kick when in the menage but can be forward when asked. She would benefit carrying on with schooling too. She is snaffle mouthed at all times. She has just been introduced to some jumping, it is all new to her but she is so genuine, she always has a go. Has also done a course of small jumps and took it all in her stride. I have found that she prefers to be with company on the stable yard although she will come in and tie up by herself, she just gets vocal and sometimes a little fidgety but getting more confident and quiet every day. She is not a fan of having her feet picked out, not at all nasty just really heavy footed. This genuine, honest mare has never bitten or kicked, is brilliant to tack up, groom, catch and can live in or out as a good hardy do-er type. Ideally looking for a competent, knowledgeable home. Indie is a 10 year old, 14.2hh tobiano (coloured) mare. Trotter X Welsh CHAPS registered and same home for 7 years. I bought Indie as unbroken 3 year old, full history is known and she has been carefully brought on throughout her time with me. She has done pretty much everything with me including dressage, hunting, showing (workers), eventing, show jumping, cross country, Somerford Camps, and endurance rides. Indie also loves to hack out alone or in company, she is happy to take the lead or go behind. She is always snaffle mouthed. She is brilliant even in heavy traffic. Indie can turn her hoof to anything. She is able to produce a nice dressage test, she is careful when show-jumping and bold when going cross country. She doesn't get silly when around other horses and has good brakes. She is only for sale as it is way past time that I moved onto horses. Indie is fully up to date with her vaccinations, worming and teeth etc. She is great with the farrier and currently has a full set of shoes on as we have been hacking out a lot this summer. Depending on workload she is also happy with either just fronts or barefoot. She is great to load, bath, plait, catch etc. She will happily be turned out with mares, geldings or on her own. Indie would be an ideal mother/daughter share or for a young teenager coming off small ponies looking to have some fun and get some confidence. She would make a brilliant pony club pony. Indie is able to adapt to her rider, she was loaned by a 9yr old whilst I was at university. She loves to be brushed and is great for kids to be around. Part bead Arab 13h pony., I brought this pony for my daughter who had never sat on a pony, she was great on lead rope and with in 3 days had my daughter off lead rope, she is the most forgiven pony I have come across.her manners are spot on and she lets my novice daughter do everything for her. In the past she was in a riding school, done pony clubs, Xc. I've been told her passion is jumping but my daughter hasn't done any on her. My daughter isn't interested anymore hence the sale, I'm going to get myself a horse instead with the option of my daughter riding that if she wants. The pony has very good family tree and her father is a champion along with most of her family being hoys or champions. She comes with full wardrobe and barnsby saddle. Up to dare with jabs, teeth, back and just had saddle refitted. She is barefoot but has had front shoes in past. This pony will go places in the right hands, she is well schooled. Hello thanks for reading my add. I am looking for a new competition home. I am 7yrs old but still a little green, I school nicely and have 3 correct paces whilst working on a contact. I LOVE jumping and proving to be very bold and brave, have my first few competitions coming up this month so very excited. I have a very tidy technique when jumping but now ready to further my experience. I have good bone and am a medium - heavy weight horse so a good weight carrier. I come with my own wardrobe, snaffle bridle and saddle that has been professionally fitted to me. I have no problem with farrier and dentist or to be clipped, groomed loaf travel etc or turned out with other horses. I don't have any vices and I'm very easy and cheap to keep. Read More
