I am selling my beloved Alfie Moon aka Atlantic Owen. I love this horse to pieces but I’m wasting him as I just have no time. Alfie can show jump confidently up to 1m10. He did a lot of discoveries when he was younger: Alfie also XCs and loves it! He has evented before but his flatwork is too hectic I found. He really is a show jumper through and through. He is a keen forward ride and does the show jumper buck when really excited. Once he’s jumping a round you will find this bucking stops. Alfie isn’t a novice ride for this reason so not really a horse for youngsters or nervous people to progress onto, but some one who wants to jump and loves it will absolutely love him! He hacks alone and in company. Bomb proof in every way. Can live in and out. Easy to bath (which is great being grey) great for the farrier and vet. Tommy is an 11 year old 15hh bay Connemara gelding. He is for sale due to no fault of his own apart from being out grown. He is not a novice ride but will happily hack out with another horse or within a group. He is good to catch, bath, shoe, load and travel. He is up to date with all his jabs. I have so many wonderful things to say about this lad. He is the sweetest horse who loves attention and a pamper, and would stand for hours to be groomed and fussed. He hacks out both alone and with company, going first or last. He is snaffle mouthed at ALL times. He has three lovely paces and loves to jump. I’m not 100% sure but think he has hunted out in Ireland previously. He is good to shoe, load and catch and has never reared or bolted. He is known to buck occasionally when excited, but this is nothing major or nasty. He isn’t silly or spooky and is good with traffic but can be abit cautious with tractors. Although he isn't nasty, he is not a novice ride. He is very forward going and can occasionally become strong. However, all he wants to do is please, and do his best of what's asked. He has been turned out with mares and geldings and has never had a problem. He currently stays out in the summer and comes in to be stabled during winter. I have own this boy for the last 2 years and he has taught me so much over the time I have had him, as I starting as a novice with no experience at all.Harry excel in dressage as previous owners competed with him and always place in the top 3.
