Lives in or out gets on with mare's and other gelding. Hacks out alone or in company. Not fazed by anything ie lorry, buses, bikes dogs etc. He is a fun ride will stay back when required, needs experience confidant rider. He is forward going and strong, will need some schooling as he pulls faces like a TB. Selling through no fault of his own. 16.2hh smart chestnut gelding 6 y.o TB x Section D

Home bred handsome 16.2hh chestnut gelding. 6 years old now, broken 2 years ago and has been brought on slowly due to my complete lack of time. He is snaffle mouthed, sensible, not fazed by traffic but is occasionally a bit nappy. Goes nicely on the flat and has jumped tiny cross poles but not really started his jumping training. Shod regularly and has been clipped in previous years but still woolly this year. Not competed yet and ready for someone with more time to take him to see the world! I bred him to event but really can't find time to do him justice. His full brother and sister are successful all rounders. Sad sale of a real character who is part of the family at a bargain price. He's been backed over summer and ridden away for a month then left again to mature, he has done local and county shows always being in the placings. unfortunately due to very unforseen circumstances I am forced to sell my beautiful Welsh gelding. Are you looking for a horse you can spend time with on the ground, I am looking for someone to come and spend time with my horse who is happy not to ride him. More of a companion type of role. I have three horses and millions has a lovely person who loves to spend time with him, grooming, taking for a walk, taking to the yard and just getting to know him. Sadly she is moving away so i am looking for a replacement wonder person. I prefer him not to be ridden due to a previous leg injury but over time im sure he will be back in the saddle with the right rider. There could be the opportunity to have the odd ride on one of my other horses however i am really looking for someone who just likes spending time outdoors with horses, doesn't mind the rain or mud. Perhaps is into natural horsemanship or who would just be happy to be a friend to him. Good to trim (barefoot) dentist, load travel, in stable,will stand all day to be groomed. Elvis is a hh gelding Please read full ad before enquiring He is 10 years old and a forward going pony He would be a good pony club pony or suited to someone who wants to compete jumping Or even someone who wants to hunt as hunted a season before. He's good to catch comes to call. Good to groom, and tack up. Can be a little funny with his ears when putting bridle on but all he does is put his head a little high up, when you ask him to bring it down he does. Good to pick up all 4 hooves, will hack out alone or in company and doesn't bat an eye lid. Good in big open spaces and is very responsive, snaffle mouthed. Isn't a kick along but isn't strong at the same time. Would be amazing for someone who is wanting to do a bit of everything. Good with traffic. Unfortunately we've had to deal with cars speeding by and he doesn't care and stood still, I was definately more on edge than him! Good with other horses. School him in a field often as I don't have access to a school and I can ride him on the buckle and he doesn't try and take advantage, same out hacking. He's getting better doing gates every ride. And will stand while I'm hanging off the side of him to do them. Also good to get on and off him whilst out hacking. Will stand and just take it all in his stride. He's good with other animals around him and I ride and lead with him often. He honestly does have a temperament to die for! Unfortunately don't have as much time as I'd like to carry on doing him the justice this goergous boy needs. He's a very sweet loving, cuddly pony who only deserves a long term home where he'll be loved He's a registered D with a green passport I will only be selling this boy to the best home and I don't mind how long it takes to do so. He's not a novice ride and has a huge character and being a typical Welshie- he is therefore not suitable for an inexperienced home.
