Poppy is a lovely, sweet-natured approx. 14hh 6yr old coloured cob mare. She is a responsive, forward-going ride (with good brakes!) and has been schooling nicely through the summer in our field. She has in the past been out jumping and has done cross country too, although has very much gone back to basics with myself. Poppy is a sensitive soul who needs a patient and caring new owner to get the very best from her - she is a genuine, honest pony who constantly strives to please and loves her work, but occasionally does need reassurance. She will live in or out with both mares and geldings, and is great to handle, bath, catch, box and fab with the farrier - she stands at the side of a busy road to have her feet trimmed with no problems at all. She is also up to date with her vaccs. I have made the very difficult decision to sell Poppy as I am struggling to give her the time that she deserves due to having a baby and recently returning to a very busy job. Beautiful, Dressage Palomino Pony 14hh, 10 yr old Mare

Brookvale Golden Sundae (Goldie) is a very pretty palomino pony, 10 yr old mare, hh, who is a Welsh x Arab, however her breeding is mainly dominated by the British Riding Pony. Goldie's main discipline is dressage and has recently qualifying for the BYRDS Inter-Regionals this year; she consistently scores between 60% and 68%. Goldie has excellent bloodlines in particular the following dressage ones which include; Downland (mostly on her Sire's side), Bwlch Valentino, Bwylch Hill Wind, Twylands and Rotherwood Peepshow, Acrobat to name but a few of which you can read about on Dressage Ponies UK (DPUK) website. She also has Sandbourne Royal Ensign and Keston Royal Occasion, Solway North Wind and Bradmore all of which are again, excellent breeding lines. I bought her for my daughter as a first pony but she is too fast for her to learn to ride on and by the time she gets to do ridden with her she will be too big to show her under saddle, she has been shown in hand by my 8 year old daughter, did not put a foot wrong, she is good to box, for the farrier, good in the field, fine in traffic & walks out nothing seems to spook her she's just not the right pony for my daughter.
