Our chestnut pony, hugely outgrown, is ready for a new jockey to have fun with. Bought initially for our novice sons, later forming a wonderful partnership with our older son. Hector is an honest safe pony, a good allrounder. Attended lots of pony club rallies, incorporating flatwork, SJ and XC, enjoyed fun and beach rides and was ace at PC camp. My son has competed in team and individual showjumping, along with a few ODE’S, often placed in the top 6. Hector has a large stride, ideal for XC and hunting - his favourite disciplines. Currently jumping 80cm and has done 90cm when my son was smaller! He can do a decent dressage test but this not something we've focused on. Good out hacking, always been in company (usually someone on foot) purely due to where we live. Excellent with big traffic, cyclists and motorbikes - can spook at a leaf/bird but this isn't often. Looking for a 13.2hh -14.hh safe pony to LWVTB or buy. Will be going to an experienced home where a young novice will be riding it, we currently own a 15.1hh cob x and 13.2hh cob however neither of our two horses are suitable for her as they are too sharp. Excellent flat work and quick learner. 3 lovely paces and always a winning in the dressage arena. Currently riding at Novice level with great potential to go further. BD potential. Cherry Cola - 11.2hh mare - 8y/o Showjumping - this has been cherry's main job with us over the past year. She is quick against the clock but will happily plod round if this is what the rider prefers. She has competed up to 2ft3 classes and has cleared 1m freeschooling and 80cm ridden. (This is the highest we've attempted). She is forward going so not a complete novice ride. Dressage - Cherry has taken part in a few unaffiliated dressage tests but as dressage isn't something we do regularly she would need more work on this. Showing - Cherry has taken part in a few showing classes unnafilliated, winning the class each time. However as we dont know her breeding this isn't something we have pursued. XC - Cherry is happy to jump anything put in front of her showjumping and xc. We havent competed much in this field but she always jumps clear. Funrides/Hacking - Cherry is a star to hack and go on funrides. She is brilliant in open spaces and has hacked allong busy main roads. (Even hacked to McDonalds for lunch.
