Ballygarrett Bonnie Rose aka Double D. 8 years old, bay mare. 16hh but looks much bigger. Currently in work and hacking out. I'm advertising her as a broodmare or project as she is a big strong mare who has a few issues. I bought her 'off the field' and have had no problem reintroducing her back to ridden work after 2 years off. She can be spooky to handle especially with hind feet with a farrier. She is fully shod but you need a patient farrier. She's good to hack and is fantastic in all traffic. She just does not like other horses (that she doesn't know, I've ridden her out lots in company) coming up too close behind her. I rode her on a recent hunt ride and she was perfect until strange horses came up behind her and she shot off away from them. She will jump but there does appear to be some sort of issue as one day she'll jump then other days she takes off at a fence and runs out. She needs time and patience if she were to be fully ridden again. She would be an ideal riding horse / show horse / dressage for someone who is knowledgable - she is fine in a group lesson or indoor/outdoor ménage with other horses going round. Cobra is a lovely STAGBI registered Standardbred, she’s standing at around 16,3hh. We got her from the RSPCA in October with the view of breaking her in the spring. I did some light work with her in January before becoming pregnant. I did little ground work, laid over her and walked around sitting her without any issues. Beautiful Dapple Grey 12h Mare - companion or project

Storm was saved from Slaughter this year. She is 9 years old. She was completely unhandled in June, but is now halter broken and leading. There is no reason why an experienced home couldn't break her to be ridden in the future. She has had at least 3 foals that we know of, and now needs a new life where she is the focus. She is 100% Not in foal now. She is very gently and thoughtful. She hasn't kicked or bitten us, but will happily defend her food against other field companions. Passported, chipped, vaccinated, wormed and just seen farrier. She does need a little work with the farrier, but understandable as it would have been her first time ever seeing him recently. Really healthy with no known health problems at all. She moves like a dream and floats across the ground. She's been lunged in full tack, seen farm vehicles, dogs and hasn't battered an eye lid. She's not the easiest of mares as can be very mareish she's only good to catch if you have food but this had got better before, she had an accident involving barbed wire she has recovered from this and has left very little scaring on her shoulder and has always been sound even when she had the injury.
