We are selling our piano which has been a great instrument for our son to start learning on. The piano has 85 keys, 2 pedals and is overstrung and underdampered. It is quite compact and not too high and so would be fine in a smaller room. I've been told it dates from about late 60s to 70s. It's been regularly played for the last few years and is in good working order. It was most recently professionally tuned to concert pitch in November . My son has used this from beginner up to Grade 7. The piano has a slightly wobbly right foot at the front and we usually stabilise it using a doorstop under the foot. Buyer must arrange transport, there are companies who specialise in moving pianos and I can suggest one if needed.
