My son wasn't too confident at that time and needed a pony that would really look after him taking him from Lead Rein to being independent. We bought her in summer but we have to sell through no fault of her own, we simply don't have enough time for her.She has bad habits, and needs work on and we simply don't have the time for her. We bought her straight from a racing yard, but we didn't realise just how little training she has had in terms of manners and riding. She is a sweet girl who loves her work, has a huge amount of potential, and is very happy! She is broken, but very green in the school, and a bit excitable on hacks but otherwise very good, so could be a hacking horse, depending on what you are looking for. SHE CAN NEVER BE RACED AGAIN as she when we bought her we signed a contract to say she wouldn't, and she was too slow anyways:)! She would suit someone looking for a project that has time and commitment. But as I said before, if you are an experienced rider looking for a fun hacking horse she would also suit that. As far as I know she is good to travel, in the stable she is ok if she can see a friend and has some hay but not great with the farrier! Just needs to be worked on. She has come a long way, but we again just don't have the time. We love her to bits and it will break our heart to see her go but we know we aren't what she needs. She is turned out 24/7 with a rug, no feed yet but will be having some twice everyday soon.
